PIONEER COMMITTIEE 

PIONEER ASSOCIATION OF THE SACRED HEART ST. MICHEALS CENTER CREESLOUGH.

The Creeslough Centre was first started in Cashelmore, by the late Fr. James Deeney. C.C. in 1951.

Every year a presentation of Pins and Certificates are given to those who have kept their pledge for 50yrs and 25yrs. All year round the committee try to recruit new members. They visit the local schools and tell the pupils about the three principal rules of the association.

The Three Principal Rules 

1.  To Abstain from all alcoholic drink.

2.  To Recite the Heroic Offering.

3.  To Wear the Emblem.

This year 2006 presentations were made by Fr. Eustace OFM.Cap. Ards.

Mrs. Catherine McDermotet, and Noel McGinley were presented with their gold pin (50yrs).   

Mrs. Peggy Durning  received a  Diploma for 40yrs.

Mrs. Patrica McLaughlin was presented with a silver pin (25yrs).

A number of boys and girls joined Juvenile and Young  membership up to 18yrs.

Two members  decided take the pledge for life.
